We regret to inform you that once an order has been placed, in transit, or delivered, we are unable to process any refunds.

 

Please note that refunds cannot be provided if the delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or inaccurate details provided by the customer. In order to cancel an order, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date.

Flower Substitutions:

At Buds and Bloom, we strive to deliver the floral design as pictured and as per your request, however, from time to time that seasonal availability of flowers and colours may necessitate our professional discretion to substitute or make slight adjustments to your requested arrangement.

Vessel Policy:

Buds and Bloom reserves the right to modify the vessel as needed to complement any design, ensuring a professional outcome that aligns with our brand standards.

Should the recipient not be home to receive the delivery, the flowers/products will be left in a safe position of the given address
